Drew Kunin

Drew Kunin was born and raised in Minnesota, and is now based in Brooklyn, New York, where he lives with his wife, Dina and son, Rafael. Drew went to university to study marine biology, but he inadvertently fell into the film business and has been unable to extricate himself since. For more than 40 years, Drew has supported himself as an itinerant Sound Mixer, recording films varying in scope from tiny indie movies to huge studio extravaganzas, and shooting on locations all over the U.S. and the world. Having shot films on six continents, Drew is still waiting to get a call for that Antarctica movie

Douglas Shamburger

Born in Culver City, CA,. to Lee and Valerie Shamburger, I basically grew up exposed to the film industry due to my father’s career as a Boom Operator. I was fortunate enough to be able to come to various sets as a young child which sparked my interest behind the camera. It wasn’t until I was in high school that it occurred to me that I might follow in my father’s footsteps. I became interested in the important process of recording dialog and telling the story that was on screen. I first began in commercials in the 1980’s as a PA or Grip/Electrician, and the occasional Boom Operator jobs (through my dad) which led to TV and then film. By 1985, I was able to join the union and began to carve a niche for myself. Over four decades later, I have garnered a reputation that proceeds me amongst my peers.

Ric Teller

I’ve been very fortunate in my more than 40 years working in television, going places and doing things that a kid from a small town in Nebraska could not have imagined.

Anna Wilborn CAS

Anna Wilborn CAS is a Production Sound Mixer from Los Angeles, California. She has two very cool teenage daughters she is slightly afraid of (especially the tall one). She enjoys concerts, playing guitar, and keeping plants alive(ish). Her current projects are Stuart Fails to Save the Universe and Shrinking. She just received her second Emmy nomination for Shrinking.
