UPDATE – 11.30.2022 – For more than a hundred years, the Motion Picture Television Fund has been a force for good in both our industry and our community. Their efforts have created a critical safety net for entertainment workers, which has directed countless millions of dollars to social services, financial assistance, case management, and affordable housing for those in need. The COVID-19 Pandemic has taken a heavy toll on their operations as they’ve stepped up to aid hundreds of thousands of displaced workers. Their operating reserves have reached critical levels and now they need our help. We cannot allow this organization that has been of such value to our members to go under. And so the decision has been made to repurpose the Grand Raffle fundraiser at this Saturday’s Local 695 Holiday Party to support the Motion Picture Television Fund.
All raffle ticket sales will go directly to MPTF and support their life-saving efforts. We hope to see you there.
